Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Ammara Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrect products. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/video).

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 working days via bank transfer or original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized items, sale items, and used products are not eligible for return or refund.
